IADI announces Eva Hüpkes as Secretary General of IADI
The Executive Council of the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI) has appointed Eva Hüpkes as Secretary General of IADI, effective 1 August 2023. She replaces David Walker, who stood down on 28 April 2023.
The Secretary General is appointed for a four-year renewable term and reports to the Chairperson of the Executive Council, who acts as the President of the Association. The Chairman of the Executive Council is Alejandro López, Chief Executive Officer, Seguro de Depósitos Sociedad Anónima, Argentina.
