IADI Research Webinar No. 8 - Deposit insurance pricing and monetary policy transmission
We are pleased to announce the 8th IADI Research Webinar to be presented by Steve Billon (University of Strasbourg) and Natalia Andries (Erudite).
The webinar is entitled Deposit insurance pricing and monetary policy transmission. Steve and Natalia will present a paper on the monetary policy implications of the misvaluation of risks and the mispricing of deposit insurance. They will argue that risk-based pricing of deposit insurance contributes to the effectiveness of monetary policy, in addition to promoting financial stability by reducing bank risk-taking.
