Registration for the 85th Executive Council (EXCO), Regional, Technical and Council Committee meetings is now open.
The Technical and Regional Committee meetings will be held virtually via Webex. The Council Committee meetings will be held in a hybrid format, with physical meetings at Forte Village hotel, Sardinia, Italy on the 23 June 2026.
The 84th EXCO meeting will be held in-person on 24-25 June 2026 at Forte Village, Sardinia Italy.

Accommodation
A very limited number of rooms have been reserved at Forte Village. The rooms are available on a first come, first served basis from 22-26 June. We kindly ask you to register as soon as possible to secure your accommodation. The negotiated rates are only available until 18 May and thereafter, booking will be required to be made directly with the hotel and there are no guarantees that rooms will be available.
Before travelling to Sardinia
We recommend that you verify the visa, and entry requirements for Italy, and reach out to us if we can assist with anything.

Hospitality Fee
Due to the hospitality-related costs associated with hosting the EXCO and related meetings, a hospitality fee of EUR350 (covering meals and social events) will be exempted or charged under the following conditions:
- Councilmembers plus one support staff are exempt from the fee.
- All Member Designated Representatives (or their Alternates attending in place of the Member Designated Representative) are exempt from the fee.
- Regional Committee Chairpersons are exempt from the fee.
- The Chair, Vice-Chair and Second Vice-Chair of the EXCO may bring two support staff that are exempt from the fee.
- All other observers (e.g. other support staff of Designated Representatives or additional participants beyond those listed above) will be charged the hospitality fee.
