General Assembly (Designated Representatives)

Designated Representatives represent Member institutions in IADI and form the General Assembly, the Association’s supreme authority. They exercise voting rights, may run for senior roles such as Chair or Vice-Chair and Council Committee Chairperson positions, and act as liaisons between their organisations and IADI by participating in activities, contributing to discussions, and sharing their organisations’ perspectives.

Executive Council

The Executive Council (EXCO) acts in all matters to ensure the sound functioning of the business and affairs of the Association. Composed of elected Designated Representatives, EXCO oversees the activities of the Association and their alignment with IADI’s mission and strategic objectives.

The Council Committees are established by the Executive Council to advance initiatives critical to the Association’s mission and to advise the Executive Council on overseeing the Association’s activities. These committees are chaired by Councilmembers and comprise experienced representatives from IADI Members.
