Registration for the IADI Ad-hoc Executive Council Meeting and Core Principles International Conference is open.
The IADI Ad-hoc Executive Council Meeting and Core Principles International Conference will be held in-person at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Taipei, Chinese Taipei from September 9 to 12, 2025.
Registration
To help us prepare for the meetings, and to assist you with your travel requirements, please complete the online registration process by 15 August 2025.

eBIS login is required for registration. If you do not have an eBIS account, please click on the “Create one now” button to activate one.

Please note that completing your registration is mandatory, even if you have already pre-registered for accommodation and visa purposes.
Registration for visa support and accompanying persons
To receive an invitation letter for the visa application process, please complete the online registration. If you are not sure whether you need a visa and would like to check the visa requirements, please visit the following websites: Visa information, Visa-exempt entry, eVisa.
Please note that visa support is only available for applications submitted by 31 July 2025.

Accommodation
The meetings will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. To take advantage of the negotiated rates, please book your accommodation directly with the hotel here! Cancellations or shortened stays made within 5 days prior to the arrival date (local time) will incur a penalty equal to the full duration of the reservation, including taxes and service charges.
To assist you with the reservation process, please refer to the step-by-step booking guide.
To take advantage of the negotiated special rates, kindly book your accommodation by 15 August 2025. Participants will be responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements outside this period.
