IADI Core Principles Workshop
We are inviting interested IADI Members to nominate individuals for the IADI Core Principles Workshop.
This workshop is the first stage of the IADI Core Principles Training Programme. The programme offers a structured training pathway designed to support participants in understanding and implementing the IADI Core Principles for Effective Deposit Insurance Systems. The programme also equips participants with the necessary skills and tools to assess compliance through comprehensive and practical learning experience.
The Core Principles Workshop introduces participants to the revised Core Principles, focusing on their overall objectives, recent revisions, and the essential criteria. This foundational stage allows participants to either progress to subsequent stages or take the course independently based on their needs.
The workshop incorporates a range of learning methods, including:
-
Interactive lectures and presentations on the Core Principles and their essential criteria.
-
Group discussions exploring theoretical and practical aspects of their implementation.
-
Guided exercises to familiarise participants with assessment concepts.
Participants who complete all stages of the IADI Core Principles Training Programme will strengthen IADI’s Core Principles Practitioners roster and contribute to advancing IADI’s Strategic Goals, including providing technical support to Members and promoting compliance with the Core Principles.
The Core Principles Workshop is open to a limited number of participants, and successful applicants will be notified via a confirmation email.
If you are interested and meet the conditions outlined in the Expression of Interest (EOI), please use the below link to access the EOI form and return it to the Secretariat by COB 19 February 2026 to Service@IADI.org.
