Third Americas' Deposit Insurance Forum
On behalf of the IADI Latin America, North America and Caribbean Regional Committees, Mexico’s Instituto para la Protección al Ahorro Bancario (IPAB) is pleased to invite you to the 3rd edition of the Americas Deposit Insurance Forum, which will take place the 23 - 25 April 2018 at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma Hotel, conveniently located in Mexico City’s Historical Downtown District.
The theme of this forum is “Bank Resolution and Crisis Management: Beyond the Core Principles”; and it is built around the sharing of experiences by the participants in deposit insurance, banking resolutions and crisis management. As in previous occasions, the event will be focused on the active participation of the attendees and, on this occasion, will include a workshop for training in the self-assessment process for compliance with IADI’s Core Principles for Effective Deposit Insurance Systems.
Likewise, the event will provide the opportunity for the Latin America, North America and Caribbean Regional Committees to hold their annual meetings.
Furthermore, cultural activities are scheduled for 26 April 2018, should you choose to stay.
